Metaverse Reality Check: Planning & Scoping

I was recently asked by the 4A’s to share an overview of the building blocks for the Metaverse - with a specific focus on how to plan & scope projects. As we know it’s still a nebulous space, but rather than mystify things further - I am trying to provide a bit on tangibility.
